Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the BJJ Go app. By creating an account or using the app you accept them. BJJ Go is provided by Guilherme Duro, Braga, Portugal. Contact: support@bjjgo.app. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. You can sign up with email or Sign in with Apple, and delete your account at any time in Settings.

BJJ Go Premium

Premium is an optional auto-renewable subscription, billed monthly or yearly. The yearly plan may include a free trial for eligible users. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within the 24 hours before that. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Free features

The round timer, the scoreboard and the basic training log are free. We may improve or change features over time.

Your content

Your training data, notes and photos are yours. You give us only the permission needed to store them and show them to you. Nothing is published without an action of yours.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no attempts to access other people's data, disrupt the service, or upload unlawful content.

Training and safety

BJJ Go is a training log and timer. It is not medical advice, and the scoreboard is a tool for training and informal matches, not an official ruling of any federation. Train within your limits and follow your instructor.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for data you did not keep elsewhere. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and material changes are announced in the app. These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country.

Sua conta

Você é responsável pela sua conta e por manter a sua senha segura. Pode se cadastrar com e-mail ou com a Apple, e apagar a conta quando quiser, em Configurações.

BJJ Go Premium

O Premium é uma assinatura opcional com renovação automática, mensal ou anual. O plano anual pode incluir um teste grátis para quem for elegível. Os preços aparecem no app antes da compra e podem variar por país. O pagamento é cobrado na sua Conta Apple ao confirmar a compra. A assinatura renova automaticamente, a menos que seja cancelada pelo menos 24 horas antes do fim do período atual; a renovação é cobrada nas 24 horas anteriores. Gerencie ou cancele nos ajustes da sua Conta Apple. Reembolsos são tratados pela Apple.

Funções grátis

O timer de rounds, o placar e o diário básico são grátis. Podemos melhorar ou mudar funções ao longo do tempo.

Seu conteúdo

Os seus dados de treino, notas e fotos são seus. Você nos dá apenas a permissão necessária para guardá-los e mostrá-los a você. Nada é publicado sem uma ação sua.

Uso aceitável

Não use o app de forma abusiva: nada de tentar acessar dados de outras pessoas, perturbar o serviço ou enviar conteúdo ilegal.

Treino e segurança

O BJJ Go é um diário e um timer de treino. Não é conselho médico, e o placar é uma ferramenta para treinos e lutas informais, não uma decisão oficial de nenhuma federação. Treine dentro dos seus limites e siga o seu professor.

Responsabilidade

O app é fornecido "tal como está". Na medida permitida por lei, não somos responsáveis por perdas indiretas nem por dados que você não guardou em outro lugar. Nada nestes termos limita os seus direitos de consumidor.

Alterações e lei aplicável

Podemos atualizar estes termos; a data acima mostra a versão mais recente, e mudanças importantes são avisadas no app. Estes termos regem-se pela lei portuguesa, sem prejuízo das proteções obrigatórias ao consumidor do seu país.
